VERY CHALLENGIN, OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY

Working at Cross Fire was very great I had lot of opportunity to develop my skills and study. I had a very good relationship with my co-workers. the most challenging aspects is when I have to accommodate the work from all department at a short period of time from site visit, Inspection, conducting meeting preparing presentation and send monthly report to management also investigate incidents if happens.

Learning opportunities are high

Driving to sites to have meetings with clients, to check on progress in terms of on site work. Flexible working hours, sometimes working on weekends to ensure goals are achieved. the office environment is supportive and goal driven when assisting in projects, the need of the client is always considered, procedures are followed in order to implement all needed resources at best.

Excellent environment

Good and workable area. Great culture and good learning experience. They took me from 0 to hero in the fire protection Soave. Open to promoting and allowing you wo learn more.
