Time to move on

I work form 8am to 1pm. My day includes answering mini switchboard. Doing Creditors recons for the Bookkeeper, Debtors which includes processing of Credit notes, Doing Monthly Statement Run, Liaising with Debtors & Creditors, answering and sorting out queries. I have only 6 colleagues and we have quite a good working relationship. I cannot say that I have learnt much since working there, because most of what I do, is what I have already known. Just the process is different in line with the company's procedures.

Pros: I get to work half day
Cons: With a half day job, comes a half day salary. I am unable to proceed from here. I have reached my peak with regards to progress within this company.
