No growth within company
What you are told in training is not what you get at floor, there is no money even their commission is robbery, you cannot collect R80.000 then get R600 commission not even 10% of what you collected, it doesn't have age restrictions they hire any age because of what they offer ,really that company shouldn't be at sandton and they make money, they offer different salary but when you are on interview they tell different salary only to notice on first day training signing a contract that your salary is not what you were told
Pros: No growth or management can't allow you to grow
Cons: Hours are okay even better

It is a very interesting job working with different people from different places, different behavior and beliefs. A very challenging job

I need a opportunity to grow further
-managing stuff and coaching daily -work well with people meant agents and management -learnt a lot of how to deal with stuff coach better identify and find solution in the company within -working with my tam and achieve what was required as the target -dealing with difficult costumers that swears at all time and keeping the calm to solve theirs issues

Debtor collections
What I enjoy the most about collections is making money ..won’t really say I come across challenges to me my challenges is when am behind with my target which I make sure that I cover immediately
Pros: It’s a very good company where by you negotiate for your basic salary the incentives is uncapped
Cons: No long working hours unless it’s overtime or you pushing yourself

Excellent learning environment
Good company for inexperienced and learning new challenges. But no growth. The working hours are fine. The manager are friendly and approachable willing to assist always.

Excellent opportunity to grow and experience new culture
Always opportunity to grow and learn and develop and within the company a c,was given an opportunity to explore and be creative to explore and introduce new things which will assist the company going forward.I had an opportunity to work with the company executive manager to build a new team and a new queries department. I'm great full that I was taken seriously even if I'm fairly new to the company ?? great opportunities and personalities.and

resolving queries arising from the consultants, assisting clients on reports and queries I have learn to be independent and take pride in what I do I enjoy being given the opportunity to grow s a person challenges not having good managerial personnel,

Harsh learning curve
Working at creditworx Was very strainers, yet challenging, was very good communicating with clients and enjoyed being helped by my cousin workers I have learnt to be patient, and communicate with customers, clients and be a hardworker I enjoyed helping people my company workers and the debtors advising group them how to pay their debt, helping them to make payments arrangements for me it was so fulfilling Having to deal with a stubborn debtor, who doesn't want to hear anything your about to say with his/her problems

Excellent learning curve
I'm working as a resolution agent doing admin for the company.I started as a debt collections agent five years ago and i was a president of the companies social comity and a representative for employees.I then became a Team manager last year and I work very well with the employees and my employers which is why I do what i do in the company.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn and to gain experience
