Good learning curve

It's a very fun and friendly environment to work in, the excitement we always get when we reach our target, we learn the importance of every customer and also sometimes when our boss feels generous if a person reaches a target of R80 000 then you get a weekend voucher to go at a 5 star hotel with a partner of your choice everything fully paid

Pros: Great opportunity to learn the curves of working in a call center
Cons: Only 9 hours but when we don't reach our weekly target then we also work on Saturday

I learned how to work under pressure

Well I enjoy working at credit matter cause it has taught me how to work under pressure and how to handle different kinds of client characters and how to handle my patience what I enjoy at work is helping out clients and listening to them since I love talking being on the phone and I enjoy working with my team leader she's always there for me she's a good listener I mean at my work place if u go by the rules u look forward walking up and going to work

Pros: Im not the kinda person who's after promotions and stuff just as long as I work so I could provide for my family
Cons: We work from 8 to 5

Good to gain experience

Very stressful and there's no growth. Too much pressure but paid little money. It's just a place to wait while looking for a better place. People get treated like little kids but expected to behave like adults. I don't wish anyone to ever work in this Company

Excellent Learning curve

-Team Player. -Soft at heat however eager and strong externally. -Empathatic. -Driven (Dire Spirit). -Punctual. - Challenges included not being able to reach target some months. -I've learnt to always be alert through out the day aspecially on the call. -I am still trying to master my multi-tasking skills.

we are assisting people who are currently strugling to pay their accounts, we negogiate with the creditors to reduce the monthly installment for up to 50%.

Excellent learning curve

we offer financila wellness to our clients. work on targets. there are weekly citations for individual and for the teams. we do not work weekrnds. we work 8 hours per day. we work as a team and have 1 team leader per team.

Selling debt review to people, helping them with their debts

To meet target, worked very well because we were competing for incentives, I worked under pressure and I have learnt how to stay focused and not panicking, after making a sale they say dance or your sale will be taken from you it fun and working in teams...it was hard to convince people give away with their account numbers for debit orders

Pros: there was growth
Cons: not getting paid for working overtime
