A growing environment

Basically cold-calling for debt review clients and fowarding leads to the administration to do proposals. Not much interaction directly with the management business wise. As consultant we share a lot of things as most of the time we will be together thus the environment is alright. The educational element exist in handling client attitude in their different forms and managing to make sales despite being independent of what is intimidating them. I enjoy educating clients of the product and making sure they are aware of the benefits they could get despite of me making a sale. Challenges include grumpy clients or already bitter persons who used to tore me down in the past. Generally the working environment is alright for a growing company.

Excellent learning curve

As typical as it would sound working in a call centre is so hard meeting new people have to adjust to different types of people just to get along with everyone so you and you colleague must reach a same goal of doing a very good job
