Interesting, working environment
What I really enjoyed was to go to the field and see tons of people, the law of average says for every 200 people you pitch an average of 6 clients would buy. Also when you set the pace in the field, you get to teach co workers what you did differently from the team. Patience, always be on time and seeing a bunch of clients was working for me.
Pros: My promotion from distributor to trainer, I was not shocked that it happens so fast because I always shared with my colleagues what worked for me in the field and what didn’t and that really made people love working with me.
Cons: Sevens days of the week, 5am in the office and we knocked off at 21:00, the hours were too long but I enjoyed every minute talking to clients.

I gained a lot of experience at Credico
A verry big fast growing sales & marketing company that teaches you a lot in the sales industry , I enjoyed working with different types of people & gained more experience on customer service. The challenges I've faced is pitching to not so friendly customers but somehow I always made it work.

Great Personal Development
My day includes direct sales. It has built my confidence levels, taught me alot about communication and relating with people. My work ethics became exceptional as I was earning solely on commission.

Excellent Student Mentality
I'm someone who's always working under pressure. 6 to 6 working hours in 7 days a week. Someone who has a personality and greater attitude to my colleagues. I also learned on how 2 take a good care of my job. Learnd how to deal with people everywhere. I enjoy working with confidence and overturning problems. The most challenging aspects ever is to overturn a negative attitude of a customer.

Excellent learning curve
Fun working environment and you get to meet different people everyday as the Business owners recruit every day. So you get to learn a lot of things and do a lot of multitasking hence you got to make sure that business owners are happy and the agents get the right product information and training.

Excellent learning curve
The work place was overall overwhelming,the travelling broadened one's mind in regards to the contacts one made.I was very involved in the running of the entity as earlier stated my enthusiasm in learning new things intrigues even me sometimes I got to head La Grahnson InterNations Sales Administration.

Pumping atmosphere
