I enjoy achieving new goals and exceeding my current expectations

OUr product includes sitting down a client and finding out what their expectations are with regard to printing of a book. My client includes Publishers, authors, Editors. I will formalize a needs analysis and ensure that my clients needs are plain and look at ways to meet those demands. I am a peoples person with a positive outlook on life. I therefore love making my colleagues smile on a daily basis, as I realize that life throws all kinds of challenges at us which we have to navigate through in order to survive. Production in the printing industry throws many curveballs your way including, machines breaking down, I then need to keep my client informed and abreast of the obsticles in such a way that allows them to feel that our company have their best interest at heart at all times. I always keep in mind that overpromise and undelivery never wins. However transparency and clear open communication is the key to success.

Pros: I belive that promotion comes as a result of outstanding performance and positive feedback from clients
Cons: Financial instability, retrenchment

Excellent learning curve

Working at my company is hectic everyday invoicing +-60 jobs per day capturing of creditor's invoices payment to be loaded with documentation Queries to be resolved weekly all extra costs to be invoiced

Pros: great oppurtunity if you young
Cons: working hours and salary not good

I have grown in all the above which i am not paid but expected to do

My dy at work is always hectic Our accounts is a mess so we as therest of the staff must help out. I am invoicing administrator / creditors / payments via eft/ reception So my day at work is always hectic and the salary is not enough for all the things that is expected of us to do. We didnt get an increase in 3years Our company went under business rescue and we are still not stable enough which is a concern for me
