Brilliant opportunity to learn my trade and be given the chance to follow my dream career

Firstly I am very greatful for being given the opportunity to follow mt passion and take on such a role. It has been challenging, but in a good way. I have had to learn how to manage, deligate, think on my feet and create extraordinary campaigns. Becoming accustomed to the environment here was a bit of a challenge but I grew to understand the company and the requirements.

Goal driven

Work from the time you walk in the door to the last minute before closing. Very customer service driven Exceptional relationship with co-workers - as the job needs to get done when all work as a team. That organizing your day and time to achieve optimal results. That i have more potential than i thought by thinking outside the box and allowing customers to leave with a smile. That i can push myself hard to reach the goals. Dealing with customers and building re pore. Requesting assistance from management or lack there of and dealing with high level queries myself.

Pros: Personal growth, achieving unbelievably challenging goals
Cons: No opportunity for growth

What i have learned at my time at creative housewares

AA normal working day at my current company would be me coming into the warehouse, ensuring that the dispatch area is opened up, making sure all my pickers have sufficient work for the day. I would then go to go my manager or she would call me, and we would plan our day together.The relationship i have with my current co-workers are okay, i feel like everything is too personal in this company although i have learned a lot i feel like there is still opportunity for me to grow and learn much more.

Pros: Excellent stepping stone into the working environment
Cons: Very little opportunity for growth
