Machindising, shop floor assistant, customer service and good co-operation with workers.

- I work from 9:00 to 18:00. - My relationship with co-workers is good due to the respect that we give and receive from one another. - I have learned how to manage time, to treat customer with respect, equality, care at all times. I have learned to look presentable each and everytime I am on the store floor. - I enjoy my work when a customers receives good services. - Most of the challenge I come across everyday is when a customer can not find the type of a product he/she is looking for.

Excellent learning curve

Colleagues are good people to work with, just like any family/group of people there are bound to be differences. Managers can be dictators at times when theres gona be changes there are no meetings held to tell the staff way forward its always a hearsay thing no one sets the record straight. Ive learnt that I'm only there to work not make friends, and that customers like being taken care of as we have a close relationship with them as to assisting them with shopping, some dont like that as they feel they're being suspected of something.

I am really a hard worker who prefers being busy than standing useless

I've got a great relationship with my colleagues n employers, what I've learned from my colleagues is that, in life you have to take all the load to yourself even though it wasn't directed to you, in order words im saying is that i love doing something to disturb me from overthinking about my future ing you have to help one of your colleagues get their jobs done so that their jobs can be save and what i enjoy the most is "working hard" because i love being desturbed

Excellent leaning curve

Working at Crazy Plastic was an experience, we dealt with customers daily and this taught one to pay attention to the customer's needs. The staff got along well and communication was key. Crazy plastic taught me how to be productive and deliver excellency in all that I do, treat each customer with respect and care, keeping the customer's interest at heart, and providing impeccable service.

Pros: good environment for personal growth
Cons: minimal chances of promotion
