Exellent learning ciurve

Good learning curve ,working with diffrent cultures of people .learned to do steel structure erection . But there is no change for promotion ,salary is also very low Management do not have the abillity to work with people

Im looking for an company where there is growth for me I am a hard working honest an quick learner .Verry good leadership skills Work from 7 to 6 Good co worket relaitionships Working with steel structures All construction work Working with out help and plans
