Having worked on so many various construction projects requires me to be adaptive this makes my style of work extremely flexible. Being a perfectionist and a driven worker, I think my clear communication skills allow me to bring out the best in any team, in any project. Managing safety for a company is no easy feat I am tasked with determining the best way to prevent accidents, create a safe place to work and get others to care about safety just as much as I do. Building strong relationships with co-workers enable me to have a common trust among us meaning workers are not afraid when they see EHS on-site they welcome the presence. I love my everyday challenges and enjoy coming up with ways and means to control and /or eliminate hazards. Knowing that all my fellow employees can go home safe on a daily base is probably the best achievement any EHS professional can have.

Excellent curve

I started to work in this company as sheetmetal and in 2 months i was selected as a supervisor because i was doing my job with patient and i was loving my job so company like this one is company i wished to work for my entire life so unfortunately that was project and get finished ........

Pros: Good in promotion
Cons: Normal hours

I was learning each and every day by working with different types of people

Working with different people with different cultures and religions was really a big opportunity to me because I have learn many things about other people cultures and religions

Pros: That was very challenging for me but hey I have learned so many things in short time
Cons: Yes working hours was good cz atleast we were getting extra 1 hour overtym each and every time
