This is a day to day business wherein we meet + - 100 people a day My company is an Internet Cafe . What i love about my job is that i experience new things everyday so im gaining more experience in different ways depending on how my customers want their work to be in a certain way . I also enjoy resolving customer complaints . The most challenging aspect of the job is when i have to teach a new employee who is very much a slow learn or who takes to long to adjust or get used to the workplace . I have learnt to be patient with people and understand the customer service act I have a very very excellent relationship with my co-workers , and check-in at 7:00 am sharp everyday and and check-out 19:00 pm and everyone in the workplace respects me and i also respect them . Normal working hours are 08:00 am to 16:00 pm . I work more than my boss and i know my work than my boss does sometimes im the one teaching him.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours
