Excellent
It was a great experience to learn and to be able to work for one of the biggest courier company in the world regardless of off work how much work do they have But at the same time the time so now I learn a lot and they gave me a lot of experience in a lot of things that I should expect to other companies so yeah Ana how to deal with different people via telephone and email and in person so all I'm saying work besides up and downs and complains and stuff we I was there to work and learn and able to understand people with different races with different background with stuff is it so yeah especially to you notice that I'm the only black person in my department it was a great honour to see they give me that opportunity to learn and to experience and yeah that's what give me a lot of them

Learnt a lot
I enjoy my work and working with my colleagues. I am in distribution, the pressure makes me want to achieve more and obviously do everything on time. I plan ahead. I have a to-do list i use to keep the ball rolling.

Great learning curve
I enjoyed the experience at Courier IT. I enjoyed quiet a great deal from my co-workers and some managers. The pressure pushed me to achieve all my goals and reach my targets. I had my own to do list which assisted me in achieving my daily targets.

Excellent behavior
I'm a hard worker and s good learner very quickly. I also a team player. I like challenges and also like to share views with my work mates. I can handle pressure wisely. I've been working with different people from different backgrounds and that gave me a good chance to learn the other peoples behavior.

Excellent
experience it was a great experience to work for courier it for that long it's so as to where I was able to do what I love to speak to the people to call the client learn something new but it was It was challenging but it was ok even though I was the only black but I did enjoy it the money was a little bit less in data capturing I never thought that I can get paid under 3000. Whack the cause of we want more money when looking for job that can offer a great deal and where we can we can able to provide for the family as I'm a family person so yeah they promoted route coordinator where I can deal with client's via email calling and solving the problem and the drivers so I did enjoy it so it was a great experience I really did enjoy

Great environment for learning new skills
I learned a lot about shipping and courier industry within short time. Been rotating my tasks in different departmental sections. I spend time on the road assisting driver doing deliveries and doing freight collections. Great opportunity to meet different clients of diverse cultures. Understanding customer services and delivering of freight in same condition as received on time expected.

Excellent Learning Exposure
Most Challenging Aspect for me would be that no set procedures are set for the company , its never simplified , but rather set at low bar , that is not that great.
