FIND A JOB THAT YOU LOVE,THEN YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORK ANOTHER DAY IN YOUR LIFE

EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK HAS ITS OWN UNIQUE TASKS THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ON IN ORDER FOR THE DAILY OPERATIONS TO RUN SMOOTHLY. AS THE CASE IS WITH MANY COMPANIES WHERE THE EMPLOYES WORD CLOSE EVERY DAY THERE WILL ALWAYS BE TESTING TIMES BUT THE WILLINGNESS TO WORK THROUGH THESE ISSUES IS WHAT MATTERS. AT THE END OF THE DAY THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU SPEND THE MAJORITY OF YOUR TIME WITH,I CHERISH EACH AND EVERYONE OF MY CO-WORKERS. I HAVE LEARNED A LOT IN MY TIME WORKING AT THIS COMPANY. I NEVER TRULY UNDERSTOOD WHAT DEBT COLLECTING ENTAILED BUT TODAY I HAVE A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THE ASPECTS. THIS KNOWLEDGE CAN BE APPLIED AT ANY COMPANY I AM LUCKY ENOUGH TO WORK FOR. I ENJOY THE ROUTINE THE MOST. EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK HAS IT'S OWN SET OF DUTIES AND THESE DUTIES ARE REPEATED EACH WEEK. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE JOB ITSELF BUT RATHER TO THE OFFICE POLITICS SURROUNDING THE JOB. I DO NOT LIKE TO GET CAUGHT UP IN OTHER PEOPLE'S PROBLEMS

Pros: MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP IN TIMES OF CRISIS
Cons: PEOPLE CANT SEEM TO LEAVE THEIR PERSONAL LIFE AT THE DOOR

Excellent learning curve

Trainee operator but hired as a packer earning the rate packers Working with dangerous equipment have to use physical power to change a reel or to take it out. Have to fill all the paper work Have to check the quality of the product

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
