I started as a Toy librarian with an entry level of Matric, Computer Literacy and Driving License but a year later I was promoted to be a Team leader due to my Interacting with people. Embracing Change. Showing Composure. Meeting Timescales. Managing Tasks. Producing Output. Impressing people. Establishing Rapport I have soon realised that I have a lot of potential and I can do more but my skills and talents are not implemented so I prefer to ,move to a huge company with challenges but offering learning experience

Pros: I have been promoted from a Toy Librarian to a Toy Library Team Leader
Cons: i work long hours and satardays if i ahve to and i go extra miles to give the best result

There is growth and more learning opportunities

Good place to learn and explore. Great team work and opportunities to review plans, programmes. We are pathfinders and thrive in the NGO sector we also hold a good reputation in communities and donors. We get support and training in our work to ensure best practice.

It is a competitive environment and employees are encouraged to advance their careers and study. it is alearning organisation. Alwa ys th riving in the sector and bringing opportunities to the sector

Early learning development

.Personal abilities : I'm hard and smart worker , rreable and do take full responsibility of allocated work.I have a sense of perseverance , very helpful, can politely engage with executive's and I'm a team player

Pros: I have learned a lot on how to teach children
Cons: 8 hours a day

Taking the risk to find greener pastures

* Long hours * No culture to create "relationships" with co- workers - mostly only on a professional environment * Interpersonal skills and when to focus on getting the works done * Seeing results of all the hours I have out in * Resources and office politics
