Cosyro Retail Reviews

Travelled between Gauteng & Freestate daily. Managed budgets, stock loss, stock, IR.

Cosyro were bought over by Edgar's. My involvement in a Brand within a Corporate have allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge. Working with store in store and standalones at the same time tool a lot of organizing and planning as well as training. I did all the training. Up-skill of managers were crucial to run stores effectively. Budget and stock loss control had lots of challenges which were overcome by all managers buy in. Passion for the Brand, the customers and teams made this one of my most fulfilled experiences.

Pros: Very quick and busy environment. I had a lot of other responsibilities like training all the staff which I enjoyed. Up-skill of managers. Customer satisfaction and the fashionable product were a joy to sell.
Cons: The brand being bought over to Edgar's affected the operation teams

Great recognition

Awesome working with international brands, travel and have passionate people work under me, I live grooming people and helping them achieve their goals, Chasing targets and inspiring staff is the name of the game, happy staff make target, I also love the training part of my job, as well as the freedom I have to be creative in coming up with new ways to improve sales and service. My opinions are always accepted and often used in other regions

Pros: my company always gives recognition, I have been promoted 4 x
Cons: there is no ckock in and out, long hours are expected and needed
