I am a hardworker.

We sell direct and indirect . I always work hard and reach my targets . Do follow ups on clients . Taking clients for viewing and marketing our company. Help fill up forms and processing them. Work individually and as a team. I enjoy working and keeping my employers happy Also enjoy working with my colleagues and clients. The most challenging aspects of the job is marketing and doing direct sales . I also go out to give out fliers .

Pros: I get to earn according to how hard I have worked.
Cons: I work normal and extra hours.

I am a hardworker.

I work as a sales agent,work hard as I get paid on commission.I do direct and indirect sales and also marketing. I have to go and look for clients ,give them fliers and convince them to buy. Help my clients to fill up forms and take them for viewing .Do follow ups and update they're information in the system.Work shifts and overtime .Work in all weather conditions .Have a good and professional relationship with my colleagues and employers.I have learnt that hard work always pays off and that clients are always right.Most challenging aspects of my job is always trying to keep my clients happy and working in all weather condiconditions.

Pros: I get to earn according to how hard I have worked.
Cons: I am always willing to work overtime.

From bottom to top

Typical day consists of - dealing with council, Managing construction personal and teams, daily reporting, facilitating meeting between council/construction and marketing, managing a housing development of 259 houses, budget control, Risk analysis, Risk Management, Conflict resolution, Understanding and explaining building plans and layouts to construction and clients, Programming, Daily site updates, Obtaining quotes, Procurement of Materials, Quality assessments, facilitating designs/queries/complaints between construction/Marketing and Land development. Relationship with Co-workers is good however out of all the Co-workers I am the only employee with construction/industry related experience. I have learnt patients, conflict management, Process' of developing a township, Risk analysis and Management. Most challenging aspect of my job is the fact that I am undermined, treated like a junior because of time in the company and the red tape behind getting the work completed.

Pros: I work week days only and have a great manager
Cons: Pay, Red tape within the business, the amounts of admin that ties me down and then I get yelled at for not doing my actual work, people back stabbing each other, insufficient tools provided to complete work efficiently, lack of Growth in the company.

Good communication skill

Long working hours, Capturing sale, dealing with clients on a daily basis, filling client document and making sales at the same time. i am a hard working person and having ability to work hard and handling pressure at the same time, i can even multi task.
