I leant a lot , how to negotiate with customers and how to handle dard customers. The work environment was healthy the team worked so well together we never missed dead lines.

I have learnt that you need to respect customers and make sure you satisfy them with their needs

I have learnt that communication is important. We were communicating with different customers. The challenging day for is the day I was sick at work and the quee was very long.
