I would love to earn at least R6000 p.m

I am now a qulified Quality controller wtih great experience from one of the big manufactuirng companies in the Western Cape. With this great knowledge I have I would be a great asset to the company as well. I can take an offer of at least R6000 or more.

Pros: There are less opportunities of promotion at Corruseal Western Cape, due to racism.
Cons: I can relate well with people, young or old regardless if what race the person is. i am very flexible and easy to adapt changes.

I have learnt to work with different people ,improve my skills and knowledge .

This is one of the best company I have ever worked for ,the management and staff have a good relationship . The most important thing is the safety of the workers and after every few months they spend money by educating the employees on safety ,health and other things. Even though they have a good relationship with there employees in busy seasons workers are so busy they have short lunches or no lunch at all ,and in winter forklift oparaters load trucks in the rain or in very cold weather and sometimes they work more hours .There are also opportunities for promotions because everytime there is a vacancy they start to look for people within the company and every employee is equal regardless of race ,nationality ,gender or religion there by making everyone feel comfortable in their own skin.

Pros: If you work very hard there is enough room for everyone to be promoted regardless of race ,gender ,nationality ,age and disability.
Cons: During season time works can work for more hour without complains because they need extra money

Excellent learning curve, poor treatment

great if you want to learn, but very frustrating and there is some ill treatments. you will be forced to work every holiday trough out the year. salaries are very low. sometimes you might be required to work 12 hours 7 days a week.

Pros: good environment to enhence your knowlage
Cons: long working hours, poor work life balance
