A company that is taking care of its employees
Corobrik is a nice company to work for. things are done professionally and time management is the most important thing in the company. Customer satisfaction through good quality of products is taken seriously and whenever there is an investigation that involve customers, feedback is given to them in time. My relationship with senior management and co-workers is excellent. I have learnt to produce quality reports in time and to maintain a good relationship with workers and customers. I enjoy the fact that senior management of Corobrik call all the managers to inform them about the performance of the company and when workers have done something good they are commented by senior management. Senior management gives courage to employees to study because there are lot of opportunities in Corobrik. The most challenging aspects of my job is when I am struggling to get evidence during the investigations.
Pros: honest and harworking people are working for a company until they retire because of the warmth they receive from the management and co-workers.
Cons: Dishonest and lazy people do not survive in the company because they fail to reach the required targets.

Quality Assurance
Quality is a back bone of the company. You should able to cooperate with different department because Quality is through out the process from beginning till product being dispatched. Interacting with customers in a professional way, problem must be picked up in Laboratory by quality inspectors not in production line, implement 5s system and maintain it which is a most difficult part in 5s system to maintain. Doing continues improvement in the process and Lean Manufacturing to made the process transparent and is to plan when the system is transparent because you have deleted what is not needed in the process. It good to work in a Quality Control because you become involve in all department and their operation.
Pros: Growth is needed and to be exposed in different environment for company and personal benefits
Cons: working long hours when need is important because desperate time calls for desperate measures

Corobrik offers quality products and has a long way owning the digital space. Often in my career, I have been asked to add challenging projects to my portfolio while keeping up with my daily responsibilities. I am not shy about sharing my ideas or thoughts. However, do so in a tactful and diplomatic manner. I think a good indicator of that was when I was invited by my previous employers to sit in different committees e.g. Transformation, Project Management, Change Management, New Markets, Business Optimization committees.

Good interpersonal
I have worked with numbers of employees where i have to assist them with their queries in HR department and i had to clarify and assist where i can, i had to work close with three of my superior, HR Director, Senior HRD Manager as well with HR Admin Manager where i had to assist them with their daily task.

Excellent learnig curve
an awesome company that trains and develop employees to be the best in the market.the engineering team caters fpr bot electrical an mechanical maintanance of the plant machinery.we have the 1 week rotation when it comes to standby(1 fitter and 1 millwright per standby week)
Pros: experience we are gaining on daily basis is valuable because we face new challenges daily and other brakedown they only happen once after a couple of years.the togetherness of the engimeering team is out of this world an we cplement each other for the good of the company
Cons: sometimes we have to work very long hours to in order to keep the company machinery running,

Excellent training in mainteining in plant
I've learned a lot in different in mechanical and boiler making maintenance as such as changing bearings,installing pumps,gears,tracking conveyor belt,working on hydraulics and pneumatic machines and installing of conveyor shyt

Cons: No,working 9 hours a day and being standby every second week

. Sorting a brick and packing . Resorting and packing the bricks . Oparating preparation clay plant and observe the belt are still in good condition . Sampling the bricks

It's have learned to be strong and with character
I have worked in Corobrik for 10 years now, I started as intern in electrical, worked with Artisans mechanical and electrical and I gained a lot of experience with them. But I am a qualified electrician now, I am in involved in planning for maintenance and new installation, we maintain mmc panels for extruder and work with kilns nice to place to work on cause of its fully automatic using plc. I enjoy working with my colleagues cause they Der than me, they have thought me to listen before I say anything, it's been easy for me to to even get help from then breakdowns and major jobs. My management is okay but there is a lot they can improve in terms of treating workers with respect regardless of who is he is the person.

Learning new things and working as team
Getting trade test as Millwright promoting to tugs on sea building a sand plant and running it and maintaining starting at Corobrik and year later supervisor of workshop i love my job
