Opportunity

A typical work day at Coricraft is never typical. Due to the extensive knowledge i have built up over the year due to my “want to know” attitude, i am often pulled into all directions for guidance. I do love this part of my job and believe this has forced me even more how to prioritise and get results under high pressure environments. I love everyone at Coricraft and often are referred to as being firm but fair. This must come from my black and white approach to everyone and everything. The most challenging part of my job right now is dealing with shareholders and keeping them happy during this challenging economic times we are faced with. Although tough, i do believe it’s in times like these that you really learn.

Love working with people

-start running around within a busy factory and warehouse as soon as I get to work @ 6.30, even though I am supposed to start at 7.15 - I enjoy my work because I interact with a diverse group of people - I still get to learn, not only work related issues - I have so much to learn within this department I am currently working (HR) - It is exciting and heart-breaking at the same time - I never get to sit and catch my breath during the day, but I enjoy it - I love being active, but really feel it as soon as I get home, because then I just collapse (basically as soon as I get out of the bath).

Pros: Room for growth, lots of learning opportunities
Cons: needs consistency / structure
