Much growth in the logistic environment
I have a well organized time managed daily and is surrounded by considered people. We operate in a team even though we operate different functions in the company. i have leant endurance is the main concern in this industry as as slow as your day can be so hectic it can be. I play a senior role in my department as I think my age give me the advantage to take the lead. I am not in a team leader position more on a mentally level.
Pros: They took me and used me in the complete opposite position as my forte and this company believed in me
Cons: travelling between boksburg and Pretoria and its affecting my financial budget

Learning curve
I have been in retail industries for over 8 years now dealing with customer face to face .i have drivers license and my own transportation.i have dealt with individual and corporate customer.i have worked with Edcon,chicken licken,incredible connection and now i m at core group istore with the experience i have ,it makes it easier for me to overcome objections and to handle them well.i worked retail shift 8 to 8 all kinds of mall hours i dont really have problems with working overtime.I know i ll ve a great asset to the company and will work very hard .

Steep learning curve
a typical day would start by receiving stock, ensuring it is in correct location, priced correctly and then merchandised correctly. co workers are easy to get along with. leant a lot about the brand Apple and challenging, there is no rest. it is work work work.
Pros: whole company is pretty friendly. so easy to get along with

Massive learning curve
I have been in this company for 4 years now, I started as Plg supervisor then promoted to warehouse planner. I worked with different types of people and mostly I have learned and adapt to their cultures. When I got promoted my previous team didn't want me to go but I showed them that I want to grow as individual and learn more about warehouse and logistics. I have learned a lot as I have been in inventory team, receiving and despatch. I can work it independently without any supervision from my manager. Once given task I communicate it with my team and get few ideas and run around with them

Good working with the Syspro Systems
I work eight hours a day There is good relationship between employees and management I have learnt a lot from using Syspro systems I enjoymy duties and and the process of my daily job The most challenging and important things is that I have to be more careful became once I make one mistake the company. Massive learning curve
It is so exciting to work in my company especially my team and my manager, our relationship is so amazing. My manager gave rights to plan my day to day task and is open to suggestion from my view on how to meet deadlines. I have a great respect from anyone in our company due to my opens and handling of matters even guys from other departments seek advice from me in short I can say I don't only supervise 13 pickers but entire team of 60 workers plus assisting other supervisors. I enjoyed working with my team so much that they are even open to ask advice outside of workplace. The most challenging aspect of my job is lack of communication from our OM team as I have to put them always under pressure to give me inform on what to expect for the day.

Working with apple Mac desktop and severs
I am willing to adapt and am inquisitive about almost anything and have love and passion for this job. IAM excited about this job completely. I am an IT guy who likes Microsoft products most and willing to achieve international qualifications and soon become IT expect

Excellent learning curve.
My day involves working with different clients on a daily basis,different characters as well.I have to offer technical support to people with little or no knowledge at all,the greatest part of my day is having helped someone by achieving the solution to the problem and having a client work away happy. I have a great relationship with my co-workers as I enjoy working with other people as a team.
Pros: Growing and learning platform.
Cons: Long retail hours and standing on my feet for 8 hours.
