Good learning experience

Senior Management is always helpful and willing to assist. Junior Management tends to let their positions get to their head. They are often disrespectful to the agents, which is why there is such a large staff turnover from agent-level. This is sad because Senior Management is fantastic.

Long hours, good people, room for promotion, caring environment, excellent training, stable company, good clientele, salary is average, needs to be increased. Motivating environment.
