Discipline and self planning is the start of any successful day. Get along with your co workers and discuss matters, ask the opinion of you co workers when you are not sure about something. Service the customers, be friendly be interested in what they are saying and take note of what they need from you. Accuracy in reporting and reconciliations are key to good management and book keeping. Be in contact with the employees know their needs and troubles. They are the back bone of the company and without them there would be no company.
Pros: Financial Manager promotion would be fantastic
