Exciting hard work

It is a tense working space due to dictatorship management and not leading by example, relationship with people under me is very good and conducive/productive but with the manager s it's demoralising. I have learnt how to interact with anyone, patience and how to read/ understand people from their facial expressions and body language. I enjoy the thrill of being able to sell you something you want/need and meeting new people, my only challenge is facing a language barrier(international and sign language)...

Pros: Meeting new people.
Cons: Amount of off days.

Sales learning experience

Company educated me a lot about customer service. Always gave you a opportunity for growth if you worked hard enough, had a great culture carried out to the employees.
