Excxellent learning curve

A typical day starts at the office at Seven O'clock in the morning, where i follow up with price structures i want to give my customers after looking at price differences between competitor brands and ours to work out a more competitive discount structure in order to compete in this very competitive environment. To follow up with previous credit applications submitted to report back to the customer. I have learnt that relationships with customers are not built overnight and it takes consistency, service, commitment and resolve to solve customer problems and to follow through with a query, credit, or complaint to the end to gain a customers confidence in one. I enjoy supplying my customer with the correct controller or fitting needed by his or her customer, and selling quality products that meet the standards of the applications they are required for. The most challenging aspects are not always getting the required management support, advice and direction.

Great exposure to the industry

Learnt a lot in the sales market; build great relationships. was given the space to grow. i take away a lot of experience and go the extra mile for my customers. i have great knowledge in the horticulture industry sdo i use all my contacts to get the great reesults

Taking charge of whole store

Store controller despatch coordinator checking of in coming goods packing on shelves entering goods on computer.its ok but no future.no place for growth

Personal very friendly and happy

The owner is a very nice person and the staff is happy and friendly. The work load is about a half day of work for me and not challenging. I am looking for a better salary with medical and pension. A bigger workload will also be welcomed. Salary I am looking for is at least R18000 with benefits.

Good learning curve

Learning experience was great, but the work has become too routine and is not challenging enough. Co-workers are friendly but management fails to look after their employees to their fullest capabilities.
