Excellent Self Management Principles (Go getter!!)

During my years as a Health and Safety officer i have had the opportunity to Manage and Audit, and be Audited through different companies. I have also had the joy and opportunity to write various aspects of Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and align them to the original Method Statements. I have also had the opportunity to get to meet new people and to run Induction Programs and "ABET" classes with most age groups and making sure that the importance of "being safe" in all that they are exposed to. The most challenging and excitement of this aspect was to make sure that "New People" see the real reason of being Safe and within the parameters of these Safe environments. People need to understand that there is no "I" in TEAM. Thank you

Pros: Always willing to learn from people and there Achievements
Cons: Long working hours due to making sure that new processes are understood for implimenntation, making sure the targeted teams are compliant to the "Changes"

QUALITY ASSURER

Good day I am a young energetic male 27years. I have previously worked at PFK ELECTRONICS as a quality assurer/admin I can handle any situation if given the opportunity. I can give off 110 percent. What I lack I can learn fast. I have worked in stores and issued orders and did stock taking. I have picked according to Job cards according to Production requirements. I work well independently and also as a team. I have excellent support skills and will do my best. I have handled admin . I am computer literate. I have worked on excel and capturing of works orders. I am willing and eager and can work under pressure. I am currently unemployed and immediately available. Ability to apply previous experience and knowledge and gain additional knowledge and experience

Working with the full range of the Human capital business unit, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, Employee relations, shared services, payroll. Working with business in determining their requirements and working as part of the selection panel to determine the service provider closely matches business requirements, from selecting and implementation. Lessons learnt is that most companies are not following benchmarked models and have their unique way of running their business models. Most challenging is to get the stakeholders time to manage the project as they are not dedicated to the project and are the business leaders within their business operations.
