Hard work, pressurised environment with lots of rewards and recognition. Need to work extra long hours. Challenging environment not always knowing all the systems but required to fix all systems

Strategic management

Continuous growth and deliverables.

Enjoyed working with a team of different caliber s. Tension caused by pressure has always dissolved by networking over staff gatherings. Being able to deliver has the most rewarding feeling within the limited time to complete the project.

Pros: Fast paced project driven.
Cons: Having to leave the contract.

My day consisted of management of staff, negotiations with suppliers, arranging HR activities,

My day started at 06h00 am when sales results had to be prepared, met with sales team to discuss their day, meet with suppliers to arrange special pricing, attend to HR activities and prepare promotions

Pros: Being in Top Management, my activities resulted in financial gains for the company
Cons: My working hours was from 06h00 am to 05h00 pm, weekly with no lunch hours.

Excellent learning

I'm a hardworker .I can work under pressure ..I enjoy my job m.I'm a problem solver. I like challenges ..I don't have a prblem to work until late because I enjoy working under pressure ..I also do like working together with my collegues as a team, share ideas ,since problem for the company , hard-working ,learn different things within the company,

Experience with the clients

Company is been operating for more than 20 years in the industry, it is a manufacturing and installation company with glass and aluminum, with a good service and makes the clients happy, also supplying other companies like, K Carrim, City properties and etc. It is a well known company.
