Excellent Learning opportunity

My typical day starts off with a team meeting with my staff where we discuss the previous days production and whether targets were made or not, what we have learnt and what we need to improve on. We also discuss and plan what needs to be done and what we need to achieve for the day. Thereafter I do lab tests for the materials used for production. Then production can start, I see to that everyone is getting along with their roles and responsibilities. Then I move over to the manufacturing side, where I am responsible for physically running a machine. It is challenging to ensure that more work gets done with less hands/staff. Most challenging is to keep the staff spirits high as we are facing these difficult times with short time and salary cuts. I have a great working relationship with my co-workers. We have a good understanding of each other. I have learned excellent time management skills in order to ensure that our production levels increases, without having to rely on overtime.

Pros: Good working hours
Cons: No promotion opportunities available hence why I am looking for a greater opportunity. Growth is very important to me.

I am experienced

I am willing to learn anything and i like to go the extra mile for my employer. I do take every oppertunity that i can get to get better in what i do I love to be challenged If i can get any oppertunity to grow in a company I like to give my all in what i have to do in a work place,and like to submid under my supervisor or anyone that i work under So i would like to have a change at any company that will hire me Thank you

All round work.housekeeping, dispatch , returns, collections . Doing excellent work always achieving targets. Always eager to help other departments
