Best decision I have made is to come and work for Contempo

Working at Contempo has been great we have good and loyal customers that I enjoy interacting with. The staff I work with are hard workers even though sometimes they need a little push but they listen,when you reprimand them. Contempo has taught me patience and to love and enjoy my work. I also love how their employees are treated . Haven't experienced any challenges yet.

Pros: We have the best line managers
Cons: Opportunities for growth are not there

Communicating skills.

AWhen am at job am enjoying my job and I want to communicate with other people and ilike to ask if I dont understand If simebody have a oroblem I want to help with solving that problem until he will satisfy.Focus on my work and reading skills,to work extensive hours.

Good customer service, friendly staff, teamwork is excellent, always reaching targets. Sometimes we deal with hard clients who always ask more than we provide but we try our best to make sure we give them something way better than they wanted and give them more options because a happy customer is a good business sense

Contempo

I really enjoy working at this company, because i love interacting with people, and the staff are very friendly and well mannered people. I love my job and i have learnt a lot since i have started working here especially how to treat customers ,even though the chances of getting promoted it's very slim that is why I'm looking for another job where i'll get opportunities

Cons: We as casuals we don't have benefits

Hard working

I would describe myself as hard working person who thrive at the chance of challenge at work, I always like to work quickly but Neatly so I can get task I have been given done in a professional and efficient manner, I like to think iam someone who works well alongside other and easy to get along with, As iam a sociable person working with colleagues and customers in stressful environments has helped me built my confidence as a person hopefully will carry on so, I consider myself to be quick leaner, open minded and responsible, I am also proud of myself on eager to learn, motivated and flexible, with my attention to detail and being driven to work hard, I have good communication skills, iam capable for working effectively and efficiently.

I learned alot and I gained excellent experience

If you give customers excellent service you won't go wrong.I always got compliments from my customers because of my good service.on the other side you have to add up sales what ever she is buying.try to add

Pros: Tell your customers about promotions that you have in shop but first thing first.Greer the with friendly smile always and always say good bye
