Good company to work at first but bad hr management, employers display no respect for employees and the salary is not good for the amount of work thats done.

Excellent learning curve

Handling of Switchboard and Receiving of visitors  Prepare boardroom for meetings  Diary Management and Travel arrangements for directors.  Perform administrative duties for Directors, CEO, Attorney and Business Analyst, Legal Secretary  Procurement of Stationery, Cleaning Materials, reimbursements etc.  Handling of Petty cash  Handling of Docex, registered mail, couriering of urgent documents  Housekeeping Supervision  Booking flights, Restaurants, golf days, year-end functions, Seminars, staff traveling  Responsible for various debt review processes, ie. Terminations, capturing Credit Insurance Policies

Pros: if you want to grow need to move to Durban head branch
Cons: normal working hours
