Excellent learning curve

I've worked as a contractor for 5years no permanence and its a struggle to plan anything in life without a stable and reliable job as a single mom, it gets really hard to make ends meet when you are the only breadwinner and fail to put bread on the table.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Not being at work full-time

Consulta is a good company where I was able to learn a lot about telephone etiquette

Working at consulta is a great opportunity for me to get to know everything about customer service and obtaining good telephone etiquette I have a great relationship with all my co workers I enjoyed getting feedback from the customer knowing I am able to help where I can

Pros: It is a great platform if you just starting your career there is not a lot of growth for canidates it takes long to get any promotion in the company as a call center agent you work hard but at the end of the day you moving forward is not going to happen
Cons: There is no long hours only if the work flow is abit heave

Learning curve

I learned to work under pressure, the environment is unfriendly, the management always threatens us that he'll replace us. I don't have a relationship with executives yet I have good relationship with co workers

Good communication skills and computer skills

My typical work day is very challengimg and I learn lot.My relationship with my co-workers is the best because we trust each other. I have learnt a lot based on trusting and communication. I enjoy my job because I learn new things every day and it it makes me grow as an individual and the company as well. The most challenging aspect would be dealing with difficult clients but I mange to handle them through my communicator skills.

Pros: I have been promoted within a year and got other promotion after 2 years
Cons: Stressful and challenging

Get to work and know people but the most challenging part is that the work is monotonous.

tHE COMPANY HAS BEEN EXISTING FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN IN THE SAME POSITION FOR MORE THAN 6 YEARS NOW WITH NO CHANCES OF GETTING A PROMOTION.

Pros: The people there are more like family now
Cons: The work is monotonous
