Not good

I dont feel like I'm earning enough as an agent. We get paid per hour and sometimes there is no work flow that causes us to work less hours and get less money at the end of the month. Bare in mind that we all have expenses and bills to pay. So I'm happy with what I'm getting. The coworkers are great though I must say, a day at work becomes fun. Consulta Research is the first company I've worked at and I can say that I've learned to communicate better, work in a team, work under pressure, multi task and meet targets.

Not good

I am a fast learner and always eager to get to know nd learn more

I love working at Consulta Research I enjoy what I do I get along with all my co workers at work we work on different levels but the only sad part is I have been working there for almost 2 years now and I am still not permanent

Pros: yes
Cons: we do not have long working hours 8 hours of work monday to friday unless we have tons of work and need to reach a certain target we get to work overtime

Excellent learning field

I am an efficient organizer, coordinator and negotiator Effective communication skills and Report writing Retrieval of information for research projects Computer literate : MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. I derive a great satisfaction from a task well done and always go an extra mile. I am an energetic hard worker who believes that two minds are better than one I am a self-motivated who believes in progress and always willing to try something new.

Pros: Great opportunity for interaction
Cons: Long working hours

Interaction with different personalities

It is a great opportunity to interact with different clients. Offers an opportunity to learn to deal with pressure, it is a great environment but there is a lack of job security.

I have learned a lot within the company with no call centre experience.

My typical work day is that we are given leads to call and conduct surveys throughout the phone and we do market research on financial institutions,retails,long and short term insurance.I have a good relationship with my team we work well together and also what ibhave learned is that team work is the best.What I enjoy about my work is that we are given targets and weekly incentives.The challenges of my job is that when you have to convince a client to conduct a study with them.

Pros: There is growth within the company
Cons: breaks are short

Good for self growth

Working in a contact center that consist of 90 people has taught me to have a smile on my face each and everyday as we come from different backgrounds. I have learned to be a good listener and accurate data capture, I have also learned on how to develop myself as I sometimes work on very challenging projects which teaches me to be able to tackle anything that comes my way be it easy or difficult. I enjoy what I do on day to day basis, which is conducting surveys because I learn a lot form the feedback our clients provide.

Cons: Long telephone interviews

Communication skills, listerning skills and learning new thing all the time

- I love to work with people and I am a team player - My typical work day is when i have to deal with funny and dificults clients - I do assist my co-workers where i can because i do believe that with team work everything can be completed quickly. - I have learn to communicate with any kind on an individual as people differ is so many ways. - I enjoy interacting with different people - The most challenging is when i have to reach my target and the list is badin a sense that it wrong number/ names and clients do not quialify to conduct to do a survey.

Pros: Working hard lead to great promotion opportunity
Cons: I am willing to work overtime

I have learned patience, dedication and that hard work pays of.

My relationship with my coworkers was very good and fun, we worked as a team to reach our targets and the most challenging aspects is when we couldn't reach a target but what I have learned is dedication and consistency.

Pros: Within 4 years I got 4 promotions
Cons: We had overtime
