Consulmet Consulting Reviews

It is an excellent company, have many opportunities to work in departments close to creditors.

I started working and still have the job title of a creditors clerk. I do Payments according to month of invoice and a few COD payments for urgent stock required on site. I learnt how to use the procurement module on Pastel and have also had the opportunity to do tenders and working on salaries and also work on BEE certificates as well as the EE . I work very closely with all staff to ensure everybody submits time sheets on time for our allocations for invoices to our customers. My enjoyment and excitement comes in with creditors as I excel in creditors. the most challenging on my part is submission for tenders as I need to do the entire document controlling and make sure management submits documents in time before closing date.

Pros: Great Opportunity as company is growing
Cons: too many deadlines in short period of time

Opportunity to learn

Excellent growth, and learning experience. i have enjoyed working with different people on a daily basis, and communicating with all types of people. My day to day work has taught me how to work under pressure, and cope with different circumstances. I have learnt that complaining doesn't solve problems, rather make a way out and solve problems yourselves.

Pros: Great platform to network with people in the industry.
Cons: Long working hours, and little pay

Good learning experience

Good experience I supose its just the salary requirements that was the problem. I left them due to the fact that my job agreement with directord and the required was completely out. The job I was expected to do it was told to me that it is that if a company secretary.

Pros: Good learning experience
Cons: Too much miscellaneous work

Good stepping stone and for gaining exposure to the workplace.

Maintaining the plants electricity and instrumentation equipment. Getting to know more about working environment safety. I learnt more about working in a team and bringing new ideas in the team. Meeting and dealing with new people who have the same goal, with them having different characters but using them to come together for the good of the job getting done.

Pros: Development towards my career.
Cons: Working long hours.
