Tellephone Skills, Communication, Client relation

Being employed at the call center is exciting as one has to deal with people. it also gives an insight on how individuals view the buying on line or telephonically. This position taught me skills such of how to be persuasive, convincing, but also respecting one's decision. the challenging part is having to deal with different characters and hash people. I got to me at the beginning but I then realised that I have to be polite and not to take their responses personally because some of the responses are based on their experiences. What I loved most is the fact that we work as a team and have time to debrief every morning, that keeps me going and hearing other's talking about their experiences with clients.

Pros: growth and promotion will be good as I see my self in management one day.
Cons: I am self motivated and young.

I have learnt alot within the company

The actual reason is that the company is not registered and all the things that i must do on daily base is more than as for what i have started off as. At 1st I started at the company as a tele sales agent and then I got promoted for receptionist and quality assessor. The same money I have gotten when I was an agent I get paid. We work on a Saturday but there is no over time money being paid. The thing that I love about the company was the incentives we have received as agents. I enjoy my space as a receptionist now and the friendly environment. I have a very good relationship with co workers. Some admire me for the type of person i am.

Pros: Administration
Cons: 9 hours a day

Outbound sales company. Based on selling mobile devices

The company itself has toughened me up just in general as a person. Because the environment was very harsh so it made me stronger. I enjoyed being on calls with happy clients and making their day The most challenging part was no part of the job. I’d say it was management. My co-workers were amazing. And we handled everything so maturely They kept me motivated even when I I was down

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Work environment not conducive nor healthy.
