Excellent learning curve

I am a humble and calm individual who thinks positively and makes the most of opportunities that may come my way. I am a leader and enjoy working together in a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations. I am a focused and competitive individual, so I strive for excellence in everything I do. I exercise self confidence and confidently accept responsibility. I use my initiative which assists me to be able to work efficiently, effectively and independently as well. I have a great attention to details, creativity and initiative to follow through on ideas to achieve the desired outcomes. A challenge is what drives me, as my number one drive in life is to be successful and be happy. I am a quick learner and wanting to grow within the business, share my knowledge and skills. I am advanced in numbers, data and financials which I would be able to put to good use in this role combined with my communication skills. I am also able to lead a team to achieve personal and business objectives.

Pros: Good Intelectual people, Growing company, various cultures and nationalitis, no formal dress code required, free food every day, gym, enough meeting rooms, kitchen areas and free parking
Cons: Not a big enough team to meet the set out objectives more effectively by being a bit more proactive than reactive.

The company is great. You learn a lot in the time you spend with them

My typical day starts either 10am to 7pm or 11am to 9pm. we either assigned to calls each day or admin work. working for the company is great. i have a great relationship with my co-workers and management is always supportive however the hours are to long especially for me being a single mom.

Pros: Greta place to work.
Cons: Working Uk hours

Opportunity to meet great people and learn new thinhgs

It has been a great experience to work at my currently company and a great challenge. I am a peoples person so I get along with most people I am a hard work and take work very seriously but I have my fun side also. I have learned alot new skills and would like to take that with me and share that in a new job opportunity. I am someone who also early and leaves late as I believe that I need to complete all my task for the day before leaving and this is what my co workers knows about me best. I require little to no supervision when working but I love working in a team.

Excellent learning curve.

Typical work day is stressful . There is not enough support structures in place for the employees. My relationship with my co-workers is awesome I get along with most people on the shop floor.

Pros: Not a lot of hard work.
Cons: long working hours
