I am confident that I have the skills and potential required for the advertised job as I am a punctual, well organized person, who excels in any task assigned to me. I am a quick learner and eager to explore changes and new challenges. I also have active listening skills and communicate well with others. I have been working as a Quality Assurance Specialists/Coach Customer Service Consultant for the past 8/9 years and during this time, I have gained ample experience and knowledge of various campaigns as well as the targets, goals and achievements set out. My currently responsibilities consists of, one on one coaching, live call monitoring, call screening and call analysis calibration sessions, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compliance investigations and reporting and Hosting Calibration Sessions.
