Opportunity for development

A typical day - there is no typical day. Relationship with co-workers - good. What have you learnt - working under pressure, making quick decisions, dealing directly with audit committees and board of trustees. What you enjoy most - interaction with colleagues, being updated with everything that is happening within the company. The most challenging aspects - constant high pace.

Need a challenge to grow and to learn more on a daily basis

Your application: I am currently employed with a leading IT consulting company based in Midrand as a Service Delivery Manager. I enjoy the responsibility of supporting and lead the outsource team to success and seeing projects through from conception to completion. With not only strong background in IT projects, combined with extensive experience in planning, executing, monitoring and closing a variety of projects, I am also very highly organised and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in high-pressure environments. Being a solid team player and working with tight deadlines to enable and provide initiative follow with dedication. I am a go getter that challenges myself on a daily basis. I have set goals to grow, to learn and to succeed not only professionally but also as a person. I have the ability to be creative, persuasive and most of all self-driven and build a path for success. As per below.

The company I currently work for is a great company to work for however due to the corporate restructure there is uncertainty. I like the exposure to both Legal and Compliance as such exposes one to different aspects of the Legal/Corporate environment and such creates a balanced Corporate Attorney.

Pros: You see your value add in the business.
Cons: Business always wants quick answers which in a long run can result in bad decision.

HR Admin Officer

Working as payroll officer, capturing of leave, overtime, stats SA, garnishees, new recruits, terminations etc. I also do the Recons every month Medical Aid as well as Pension Recons. Filling of payroll every month and dealing with any payroll related query.

Pros: Was given an opportunity with learning of the Recons,balancing of the Stats SA, Cellphones recoveries
Cons: Stability as the company is a cheque processing so we not too sure about the future.

Excellent working experience.

I'm been working in the bookkeeping/accounting field for over 14 years in a very challenging position. All aspects of my job are very challenging and interesting but the future of the company is very uncertain and therefore my application for this position. I have a good relationship with my co workers and really enjoy working with all of them. I have learnt to work with a very difficult cashflow in very unstable times. I enjoy every aspect of my work and find it very stimulating.

Pros: Variety of accounting duties, work independently, also learnt the shopping field.
Cons: Working hard and smart but no bonusses or incentives.
