Excellent Learning Curve and growth structure.

A typical day at work is quite busy for me as the Office Manager, I dealt with a Myriad of tasks, from Liaising with Clients, Dispute resolution, Employee complaints/concerns to Treatment planning cases with Dentists. I have a very close, family type of relationship with co-workers but as I am the supervisor to most of them I have to be stern at times. I have learnt quite a bit since working in my current company, since i have had no prior dental experience to this I have grown a lot in terms of knowing the Anatomy people's mouths (dental). I have learnt how to use the jargon of dentists and how to speak to them on equal footing, despite having had no prior training or experience in this field. The most challenging aspect of the job remains planning cases with Dentist, basically what this entails is me planning the surgery for the dentist, with the dentist, for implants etc.

Pros: Great Opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours

Fast learner, trainer to new staff, easily approachable, friendly.

My company is very relaxed and good to me however the workload is fast pasted and we manage it all quite well. My colleagues and myself get along extremely well and I am often turned to for training or support. I deal with a large number of irate patients and I am easily able to de-escate an issue and have a solution which benefits the company as well as the patient. The most challenging part of my job is that I am required to work American hours (9am to 6pm Eastern time). I love my job and I enjoy the people I work with however there is not much room for growth.

Pros: Fast work ethics, good management, friendly staff
Cons: No opportunity for growth, not being challenged, working at night
