This was one of the biggest learning curves by far

A typical working day is 8 hr shifts in which I would observe the pies to make sure that there are enough come lunch time and to void incorrect items for cashiers as well as assist on tills, check ins and give change for the cashiers tills. Overall the relationship with co-workers was good with an exception to 2/3 of the ladies who failed to adhere to me as the supervisor and at times took the role of supervisor by defying me and carrying on with their own missions. This job has taught me how to handle different types of people in different ways as well as how to work under pressure and use it to accelerate your performance.

Pros: Teaches you how to bake
Cons: Long working hours, no appreciation, no support from manager or boss, dont listen to complaints from any of the employees, racism, empty promises, unable to work yourself into better possitions
