Poor work environment . Management and resources are limited. Has a great team of employees. Company always downsizing and laying of employees. No job security.

Demanding work Lack of systems Untrained personnel Long working hours without overtime pay. Lack of positive inventory control and supply. Fear of loosing employment through retrenchment

More opportunity for learning

Less family time hence we running a 24hr shift and I had to always check production progress even if am not on duty for that day. I have a very good team, but some can influence the others that lead to resistance.
