Good platform to learn about lot of work

Working at Computicket has taught me how to handle different customers, customer centricity and problem solving. I learned how to adapt as I had to do different things In a short period of time eg, selling of tickets over the phone, help desk whereby we assist cashiers at the store then relocations which is more administration. So I can really say I am a 3 In 1 in a short period of 1 year and 2months

Great learning experience

It truly is amazing getting challenged on daily,and apart from nailing community managing, learning the product is interesting. Work a shift-based job, as it is retail based, so we work 8am to 8pm. On weekends we work remotely but treat remote work as though we are working at the office.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth

Fast paced enviroment

Fast paced environment with a Lot of new developments,my colleagues are different somewhat great team to work with,working with them has thought me a lot of patience and a need to want to do my best at all times

Customer service

Working for computicket was very lovely enjoyed each and everyday. There was no everyday pressure only if the is a demind shows its when we fill the pressure . The relationship with my co- workers was very good we work as a team help each other . I learnt mostly understanding the customer make the customer happy and the customer must leave happy and call again make a good friend as well

Learning experience

I am a boxoffice operator and I also assist at the office, in any department that needs an assistant at that time. I get along with everyone in my department. Have I learnt that I am capable of being both a leader and a follower. The most challenging aspect of the job is working under pressure. When lines are long and the system is slow I need to be able to make sure that every customer gets to be served regardless.

Learning and experiene

I am seeking challenging opportunities where I can fully contribute my professional skills and educational background for the success of the organization and personal growth. I'm having B.Sc Computer Science degree with 10 years’ experience on different Linux OS (mostly Red Hat). Dealt with all kind of projects, e.g P2V (physical to Virtual) migration, OS upgrades/patching, LVM, KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machines). Practical experience on RHEV (Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization) deployment, RHEV-H 6.4, RHEV-M 3.0, VMWare. Also quite good in trouble shooting, problem solvng.

Cons: Don't mind working extra hours

No effort in valuing the employees and benefits are not improving.

I separate my priorities from my normal daily routine.I'm maintaining a good working relationship with my colleague's.I have learned that there is always a solution for every aspect without conflicts.I enjoy proving myself correct.not having enough tools to do my job can be so frustrating.

Pros: There is no room for growth.
Cons: No overtime, it's only normal working hours.
