Training and Development

A typical work day making sure that the training outcomes for every lesson have being reached Relationship with co-workers constructive conversation and a lot of arguments What i have learnt nobody knows everything and nobody knows nothing a trainer can learn from trainees also What i enjoy most is training and facilitation Challenging aspects is when the medium of instruction English is not common to the trainees and you have to use different languages to meet them half way

Pros: excellent trainer and facilitator
Cons: enhancement in computer skills
