Computer Mania is a great company to work for.

The typical work day starts at 8:45, where all the staff working that day comes in and starts cleaning and getting the store ready for the day. We deal with clients on a daily basis where we have to speak and convince them why they need the item they are looking for. We work together and not against each other (We do not steal sales from each other). Overall, my relationship with my co-workers are good, we converse on a daily basis and have fun I have learnt quite a bit from working at Computer Mania, from learning more about IT to doing cash ups. I enjoy talking to various clients and making them happy with their purchase. I enjoy learning new things and I love doing sales. The most challenging part of the job is making enough GP to receive a good pay check (We work on 5% commission) and convincing clients why they need that item I recommend.

Cons: Working Mall hours (December we had to work 12 hour shifts)

Excellent learning curve

I have to learnt to deal with stress and to deal with customers problems. I have learnt how to trouble shoot computers and how to build a computer from scratch
