Good company
Computacenter provides lots of opportunities for people that are still very earlyin their IT careers. Their benefits are quite good and they seek to make their employees more skilled by providing finance for education. The workload can be quite high sometimes but who goes to work to laze around? Overall i thinks a great place and would advise anyone who is new to the IT induatry to start off here.
Pros: learning opportunities. decent remuneration
Cons: high workloads which is not always easy to handle.

Good company

There's always a learning curve, where you've got to learn what your subject is all about.
I am hardworking, passionate consistent, ambitious and disciplined. Ability to work in a team structure and I can be relied on to perform according to the expectation. I understand my responsibility, I strive to do my best in any situation to meet corporate objective. I had a great relationship with my co-workers and we worked as a team. There was never typical day at work I love what I am going so I enjoy working with users and assisting them with their issues. When the user is unsatisfied and he/she become aggressive towards you and that's stressful and you have to find a way to meet their demands.
Pros: There is an excellent learning curve for the fresher as well as for experienced person and technologies used here are up to date.
Cons: Salary hike will be less, will be around 10% maximum. Sometimes bonus may not be available. No other cons when comes to technologies and learning curve

Learning experience
I always have fun, love working in a team and on my own. I assist team members when I do not have too much to do. And if I struggle I ask for help. Over the years I have learned that a team works better than one person that doesn't know what is going on and is afraid to ask for help. If I get to deal with a customer that is rude, I remain calm and make sure the customer will be happy before I leave the office on the very same day!

Exposure
Project Management exposure, with an overall understanding of installations, deployments and revenue targets aligned to Project Management expectations. My versatile experience will come come in handy with the ability to work under pressure and scaling of priorities. I have always wanted to move into the project management space and I look forward to the possible opportunity.

Leading SME's
The thing I am most passionate about my current role is the mindsets of the people I lead. They show me brilliance in so many aspects not only because of their diversity but also because of their unique skills and acquired knowledge. Changing from networking to Global IT customer support
It is very busy company that support UK clients 24/7 in IT related problem. Its organisational culture accommodate every race and is fast paced growing IT company. Co-workers are so much helpful and easy to speak to, we operate as team, because we understand the impact of the company and its responsibilities. I have learnt how to support clients and technical abilities on how to troubleshoot, analyse incidents and react to real world problems. What I enjoy the most is the culture of the company and they normally give gifts to employees that shows commitment and it happens every month. The most challenging aspects is the IT service desk where you have to record the incidents within a strict limit of time based on SLAs, you are expected to log and resolve 30 plus incidents per day.
Pros: No growth no development.
Cons: Good organisational culture.
