Good learning curve

Working at CompSol (Pty) Ltd is great and the environment too, the work for me its not challenging. I don't really enjoy what I am doing because it is not relevant to what I studied.

Short term help

Expecting too much. Not suppose to have a life after work. Friends and family orientated. Unfair expectations. Getting punished for system and other departments not working. Poor salaries. Unfair policies.

Pros: Don't see the pros unless related to ops/management
Cons: No opportunity for promotion, nepotism, unfair conditions

Excellent place to work in ,changes everyday and a lot to learn

ON A DAILY BASE I CAPTURE MOSTLY MEDICAL REPORTS FROM PHYSIOTHERAPISTS,GP AND XRAYS AND I CONFIRM WITH THE DOCTORS IF ALL IS WELL FILLED IN.i CONTACT THE EMPLOYER TO LET THEM KNOW THE ACCOUNT IS READY FOR PAYMENT.i MAKE SURE THE PAPERWORK IS CORRECT AND IN ORDER FOR PROCESS OF PAYMENT.i CHECK BATCHES AND CONFIRM WITH PATIENTS IF THEY DID RECEIVE THEIR PROSTHESIS AND ARE THEY HAPPY.

Very good learning curve when it comes to communicating, computer skills and medical terms.

Working with medical reports everyday, making sure doctors are paid and money gets received correctly. Relationship with co-workers are great and everyone is like a big family. I have learnt a lot about data capturing and medical terms and reports and IOD's. I enjoy this line of work very much. Most challenging thing is to be extremely accurate with everything.

Cons: Very small chance of growing in the company (Promotions)

• Assess and capture high volume of paperwork insure paperwork and accounts are correct . • Provide administrative support to clients. • Credit Control : payments allocations . • Follow up on outstanding queries.

Too many family members working together. Great flexible working hours . opportunities for promotion but salary is to low. Operations managers are nice and effective. Company work is manageable. Work is not tedious

Its a fantastic place to work

I love working there, its a beautiful and Dynamic company Many opportunities to grow.. Management listen and take your voice to heart. People are friendly. We have our own interdernominational church on Fridays.
