Beginning of a great professional future

The company I currently work for is a family like environment. Everyone knows everyone. A typical day is getting to the office, everyone greets everyone. Get to your desk and work. Everyone does their thing comfortably. Issues with co-workers are always resolved in a fair professional manner. This motivates a person to do their work to their best potential because they are recognized. There are no taking sides. The relationship I have with my co-workers is great, motivating and everyone gets along. We always lend a helping hand to each other and teach each other new things. Everyone respects the next person’s culture. What I have learnt here is to treat everyone equally. The company has helped me to reach a certain path of my professional needs with success. They have helped me gain professional manners, ethics and behavior. What I enjoy at work is the culture and the diversity.

Super fast learner and flexible

The company I’m currently working at is not really tan ideal company. The workers and bosses are very racist and the workload doesn’t equal the pay that any of the workers get. What really upsets me with th I really think that all of the workers deserve bonuses considering the workload that they give us. This company also expects us to work long long hours ( not saying I don’t mind working long hours) and still our payment is really low. I just wish I could . All I’m saying is that I would like a healthy working are thanks.

Satisfactory learning experience

It is a great company to work for despite of the monthly salary, the working environment is healthy but it is not great opportunity for me because it is not aligned with my qualification.
