1.a typical work day would be doing SARS and Solving issues with payroll 2 my relationship with work co-workers is great I don't chat much 3. I have learn a lot at payroll SAP my cv does have everything 4 I enjoy taking a lunch break 5 the most challenging thing in payroll is month end

FANTASTIC GROWTH POTENTIAL

I AM A FAST LEARNER AND THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. I LOVE PEOPLE SO WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC IS A BONUS, I AM VERY CREATIVE AND LIKE WORKING IN GROUPS IF IT IS REQUIRED FOR INPUT. II BELIEVE I WILL BE AN ASSET TO ANY COMPANY THAT RECRUIT ME.

Development

I like working with people so I get to do that everyday at my work with the work I do being a trainer. I work well with my team and other co workers from other departments. I enjoy that I work with different people almost every day, challenges are knowing new people and manager from the different sites I go to. Different managers have different style of managing, so I alway have to change and adapt to what I get. I love training people and giving them skills and knowledge.

I have learnt a lot in this industry and still open to new ideas and skills

I enjoy cooking because it's my passion but the most challenging aspect is meeting my deadline for example cooking for 150 heads. I have strong communication skills which creates a positive atmosphere towards me and my co-workers

Pros: I see great opportunity of promotion
Cons: I don't mind going an extra mile for cooking is my passion,I prefer long hours

Great learning carve

Busy with getting in donations and we work well together. we call for donations for abused women and children. I started there knowing nothing about reception and admin but they showed me a lot about this things and i enjoy been able to help others with problem solving and finding out how to see the wold from a different view. learning how to do a section A 18 certificate and receipts for clients. i also learnt how to do a cover page and a thank you letter.

Pros: got Promoted to admin after working in reception for two years
Cons: not much time for my kids and to far to work up early and home late

Great out of industry experience

Fast paced & highly demanding. Much coaching of team as well as well as supporting. Support daily Ops meetings with the sales workforce. Have an open door policy with a consistent and fair approach. Much networking with colleagues, co-workers across other departments. Enjoy working independently & being able to make desicions. Enjoy the diverse team, mentoring & coaching role. Support Sales, key accounts & Ops. Challenge is innovation

Excellent learning curve

Driving doing collections, delivery, staff, kids, at the moment it's a bit quiet Everybody socializes, happy atmosphere etc Most challenging traffic:-) Enjoy the time on the rd meeting clients, being outdoors

Good starting point

I got the opportunity to work under pressure every day. I managed friendly working relations with both clients and colleagues. I have learnt catering on large scale while ensuring good quality foods. I enjoyed everything cause its how we learn
