Different products that exists

Typical day would to check e-mails and see which claims need priority. Authorise claims that needs authorisation, attend to queries, register new claims, provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Request payment and making sure they are recorded correctly. Register TP approach claims. Assessment and request outstanding documents. Request update from attorneys. Doing daily diary. It's a small company to its important to have a healthy and professional relationship with co-worker. Compass only deals with UMA's who offer different products for personal and commercial. I got introduced in the commercial space from a different angel and it's interesting.

Pros: No opportunity for moving into another opportunity
Cons: Flexible hrs

It's a healthy working environment

We have a good and healthy work environment. Family orientated. I have a good working relationship with colleagues and get along quite well with fellow co- workers as well.

Pros: We are a subsidiary to a good group
Cons: Limited growth
