Fast learner whose always willing to work within team and so enthusiastic at what I do

It is a very broader work of place where I have to deal with children and adults because it is a Primary school.As I am the only Xhosa speaking person it is a bit difficult for me but I am a very talkative person so I don't fill like I don't belong at all.I have improved my Afrikaans speaking skill,I now can fluently speak Afrikaans.

Pros: Since I am the only Xhosa speaking person at the school,I am standing a very good chance of getting a promo because some parents don't understand Afrikaans so I be the to assist them in their inquiries.
Cons: The longest hours I ever worked at the school is 9 hours when we were busy with exam preparations.

Learning experience

I have a good Am great when it comes to communication with people even am co-workers and am learner that everyone is different and I enjoy new challenges.The most challenging aspects of the job is getting people to do what they told and doing that on time. with y

Exellent learning

you work something like you go to toilet everday and know what to do inside there. management dont care about the improvement in the company. i learnt how to communicate with my participant us a supervisor and to write the reports of the month

My self

I’m a self-motivated person with the ability to well establish myself in a new environment. I’m a team player and believe in team work more than individual brilliance but can perform extreme good if given the chance to do a task on my own I enjoy socializing and getting to learn new things and sharing what I already know to my colleagues and with me on a team I can be the driving force since I’m well aware of my leadership abilities.

CWP helps the community that is not working,gives us experience by placing us to organisations.

I get to know people better( co-workers,parents and learners) I deal and solve conflicts. Challenges I face as a CWP supervisor is whereby one of the participants didn't report to work then I have to look for a replacement in short notice.

Pros: I gained experience and confidence to face the world and to stand a chance for great opportunities.
Cons: Is to do same thing(duties)daily
